Dr. Kha Ai Hua
"Since dental school I have loved making a home in the Midwest. I love the ability to be an active member of the community and forming connections with patients here in Fitchburg."
PASSION FOR PREVENTION
Dr. Hua believes preventative oral care is the foundation for good oral health. She takes the time to educate patients about their health, and strives to provide the oral care all patients deserve so they can enjoy their beautiful smiles and most importantly – good food.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Dr. Hua is from Dallas, TX and started her education at the University of Texas at Dallas before moving to dental school at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. There she grew a heart for the Midwest and decided to make it home. After graduation she continued to work in dentistry in Des Moines before joining the team at Mendota Springs.
Home Life
With her free time, Dr. Hua loves being outside at home or abroad with friends and family. She and her boyfriend are always cooking and baking at home with their beagle, Beans, or scoping out the best local restaurants.
Dr. Mikaella Sabinash, DDS

Background and Education
Dr. Sabinash was born and raised in Thiensville, WI. She attended Winona State University, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Molecular Biology and a Biochemistry minor. She chose to attend WSU after being recruited to play on the women’s soccer team. (Don’t worry, she remained a dedicated Packers fan!) She played all four years of collegiate soccer and continues to play in adult leagues, which typically conclude with a beer and a few laughs! Dr. Sabinash attended Marquette University School of Dentistry for her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. After graduation, she worked for her childhood dentist in Mequon, WI.
Passion for Aesthetics
Despite her detour to WSU, Dr. Sabinash is a Cheese-head through and through. She loves getting to provide dental care in the Madison community and is passionate about aesthetics in dentistry. She is looking forward to offering additional cosmetic services, such as Botox, to her patients at Mendota Springs Dentistry.
Home Life
In addition to soccer, Dr. Sabinash also appreciates art. She enjoys drawing, painting, jewelry-making, ceramics, and DIY projects. Her love for all things artsy and the required attention to detail led her to the profession of dentistry.
